Find your size in three minutes.
Method A — Measure with a string
- Wrap a thin string or strip of paper around the base of your finger.
- Mark where the string meets, then measure the length in millimeters.
- Match that circumference to the chart below.
Method B — Measure an existing ring
Place a ring that fits on a ruler and measure the inner diameter.
Conversion chart
- Circumference 50 mm → size FR 50.
- Circumference 52 mm → size FR 52.
- Circumference 54 mm → size FR 54.
- Circumference 56 mm → size FR 56.
- Circumference 58 mm → size FR 58.
Tips
- Measure at the end of the day — fingers are at their largest then.
- Avoid measuring right after exercise or in hot weather.
- When in doubt, size up.
