Conditions

• 14 days from delivery to request a return.
• Jewelry must be unworn, in its original box, with the certificate of authenticity.
• Personalized or engraved pieces cannot be returned.

Process

1. Email contact@bague.tn with your order number.
2. We arrange a pick-up at your address (return shipping at your expense unless faulty).
3. Refund issued within 7 days or immediate exchange.

Warranty

For manufacturing defects, return and replacement are free within 1 year of purchase.
