Delivery

How long does delivery take?
24–72h across Tunisia depending on governorate. COD orders placed before 2 pm ship the same day.

Can I track my order?
Yes — the tracking link is in the confirmation email and on the "Track my order" page.

Payment

Which payment methods do you accept?
Cash on delivery (COD), card / e-DINAR via Konnect, and card via Clictopay.

Is my payment secure?
Yes. We never store card data: every transaction goes through our partners Konnect and Monétique Tunisie.

Returns & exchanges

What's the return window?
14 days from delivery. Personalized or engraved jewelry cannot be returned.

Warranty

What's covered?
We guarantee the authenticity of metals and stones for the lifetime of the product. A 1-year commercial warranty covers manufacturing defects.
